The Sovereign Mind

 

   The individual that is of a sovereign, mind will learn from the history of what happened or happens, and will never have the need to look back and question why, they know and understand why. So if you know and understand something with a sovereign mind don’t ever give in or patronize the imaginary, when they plead, “well at least give it a try or chance”, you know better!! It’s also history.

 

Sovereign Citizens

  If one reads the Declaration of Independence and the Original Constitution (The Constitution and the ORIGINAL 10 Amendments) of the United States with their objective minds as apposed to their imaginations, one can only conclude that within those documents the unequivocal definition of American citizens as Individual Sovereigns is self-evident. This means in our everyday to day lives we are not Subjects, slaves or any kind of chattel to any governmental authority. It also explains that the sole purpose and role of government is as mutual support to us Sovereign Citizens, not as our caregivers.

  

“EIB”

   There is a truly patriotic man who is the king of talk radio he calls himself “El Rushbo” he claims to promote E.I.B. (Excellence in Broadcasting) for the advancement of Conservative studies. But his curriculum won’t be complete until he adds a new course of study at the Doctorate level, to specialize in the study of. “Individual Sovereignty”, the original American way” this is not intended as criticism of his great successes in the talk broadcasting business, but as a constructive conservative suggestion only. Constitutional Fidelity

   Mankind can make a law that says gravity doesn’t exist, but nature will treat that law as though it doesn’t exist, it will see it as null and void or non-existent. This should be how we as individuals see all laws made in violation of our basic laws (the Constitution) they too, are null and void, non-existent in the eyes and minds of all Sovereign citizens.

     Some will say we can’t just pick and choose the laws we will adhere to, “I would answer yes we can”, if we objectively determine they are not in concert and/or compatible with the original Constitution (The Constitution and the  10 ORIGINAL Amendments). This is not an option but an obligation all Americans bare! (Fidelity to the Constitution)

 

   Our American Constitution established the literal primary Sovereign Authority was “THE PEOPLE” as individuals among all other people. The second Sovereign Authority was of the State among all other states, lastly the federal authority of the Republic sovereign among all other nations of the world, where assuring the States of their territorial integrity and sovereignty and our individual sovereignty was to be its primary mandate.

   This was the triad of sovereign authority and powers making up the governance of America. Laced up straightly within the Declaration Of Independence and the Constitution intended for perpetuity, thus no level of American government has sovereign right or authority to claim sovereignty and/or franchise of permission over the individual sovereignty of its sovereign citizens under our Constitution, except during extreme emergencies or hazard to the people as a whole or the Republic, and then only temporarily to its resolution.

 

Interpreting = Parsing

   Our founding fathers wrote the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution ambiguity free and unalienable, each and every word was carefully weighed, with purposeful intent so that no one needs it to be interrupted for them by third parties. Those whom do not agree with those founding documents and the words and intent of them, as far as we sovereign citizens are concerned should remain mute. You are not an American you are a parsing interloper and are more inclined to socialist or communistic principles if there are any such things.

 

Taking it personally

    A true American patriot takes 911 personally; they also take any and all threats from what ever quarter personally. In plain language that even an elitist can understand is “if you threaten me, I don’t  care one iota why, your threat is nothing more than a directive to me taking severe countermeasures” and yes its’ that personal thing of mind not human nature that when under threat asks “why” out of fear. The mind views a threat as a preamble to an intellectual conclusion not as human nature which sees it as an emotional plea or cry for help

 

The Disadvantaged

    A citizen’s status, position or conditions of life within society was and is not a consideration, or applicable under the law. Those who are seen as disadvantaged were seen as a natural occurrence or acts of nature or life itself, and were for the character of our society to deal with outside the government’s authority. Government (not only State) can only promote such efforts on behalf and in cooperation with the people. The taking control of private or corporate affairs, property or money is also outside the governments mandate except in specific cases of national emergencies.

 

 

 

 

Changes VS Amendments

 

  Constitutions Demise; the American Constitution is the only Constitution in the entire world that was created, drawn up and adopted that had no provision included, that allows change to its original formula. This is the reason all the other countries in the world that have adopted Constitutions as their political base fail, because from their adoption on they are undermined by incessant change and always to the detriment of the people.

   Americas’ Constitution has also suffered changes, but not openly or above board but insidiously in fact illegally and in violation of the document itself by those very socialist’s who apposed it at its’ inception and every succeeding generation of them, gaining support over the years from many differing foreign sources.

   Today these socialists believe they have bastardized the Constitution to a point of no return and have formed a new socialist style government incognito, that I call the Marxist Mafia. They are now in charge of all government and like all the other countries of the world to the detriment of the people.

 

 

False Impression

    Orator; I have not heard a single accurate definition of America in seventy years, although I have heard much false insinuation as to what America is or is not. Like just a few days ago I heard, the president of this country, say that America is not just a collection of individuals and states! Well I have this to tell him; yes!! That is precisely what America is! And that he defined accurately what America is, by stipulating what he thinks it’s not.

 

The Constitution

    The first breaking of this contract was the twelfth amendment June 15, 1804 which was a total rewrite of article II (Change) not an amendment which in essence created one party rule of the executive branch it only took human nature twenty eight years before changing one of the original tenants of which they were admonish not to do by the founders themselves. Almost every amendment since is a change not amendment. This represents cause and reason for either voiding the contract or renegotiating it through restoration to its pristine condition.

 

The General Welfare  

The preamble specifies “to promote the general welfare” where section eight of article one says “provide for the common defense and the general welfare” as to what they may spend money on. The intent was simple you cannot promote anything without expenditures, and that was what section eight of article one was authorizing, that’s all it meant, it was not refuting what was stated in the principals of the preamble in the first instance. But the mini-tyrants in government misinterpret and or twist this to allow for the socialist principals they apply today. These and a number of other intentional distortions are pure bastardizing of that sacred document.

 

The Wagon of State

 

   The Constitution was designed just to act as a platform of laws (foundation) on four wheels so to speak, it was carefully constructed with as precise a balance as the minds of men could craft. In moving forward it was intended to go straight forward into the future the two steering wheels in front had a very limited turn capability the people pulling it must avoid any sharp turns toward the left or the right or it would tip over just like a Childs’ little red wagon or a flat bed hay wagon, when turned sharply it shifts its center of gravity over its’ wheel base and tips over, it would spill all its load for the scavengers to rummage through, to scatter and cart away all the principles’ and rights, of men/women that were established as its load, and like Humpty Dumpty cannot be put back together again by modern ignorance.

   Because this platform was intended to carry its’ load of future laws indefinitely, there was to be no change in its’ basic constructs in perpetuity, but they could see the possibility of amendments not changes to the base and even then in compatibility with its intended purpose, Like side rails to hold the load over the center of gravity.

   When any future laws added on top of the platform are not placed squarely over the center of gravity it would make the whole out of balance or less stable, which while moving forward puts it at risk of tipping over more likely, or if too many useless or meaningless laws were stacked beyond its’ load capacity so as to raise the center of gravity to high and change its stability. Then they would explain that we have done all three, we have changed the base and the intent of placing laws in balance as well as too many useless laws as its load is way out of balance, and its center of gravity is too high so the whole thing is teetering toward collapse.

   They would tell us that there are only two ways to fix it. Number one is junk it through revolution and start from scratch like they had to do, or their preference is to pause moving forward before it falls completely over, unload the platform (wagon) of all the out of balance laws, then repair the platform (wagon) back to it original precise condition. Then add to it the proper amendments needed to further hold human nature at bay from future abuses of its construction, and then reload only those laws that provide and maintain balance to the platform (wagon).

  Any and all who understand the laws of physics and construction will understand their intelligent and logical response to our present condition as a Republic, born of sheer historical intelligence, bravery and perseverance.

  This in no way means we have to go back to living in the seventeenth or eighteenth century. Only that the common sense laws of that time are just as relevant today as they were back then because they where designed to work around human nature and being as human nature has not changed in all history simply said, means those tenets and laws will for all time remain relevant.
